I am sending resumes to possible employers, and am needed to send them in a PDF format. How do I convert a term document file into a PDF? Is there a special plan or does it involve copying and pasting?

this site has a free converter, http://www.primopdf.com/index.aspx , essentially can make a “printer” that converts any text document to PDF when you “print” it.

Open the file in word and select “Save As…” choose PDF under format.
If you have photoshop, you could use photoshop to do that.
