I am a new home owner. How can I have professional seeking Xmas decorations. I love the way some individuals appear to make the lights dangle completely -they aren’t twisted and the corners are at 90 degree angles, every thing is properly coordinated. Do they retain the services of professionals? If so, from in which? What is the typical value for a 1660 sqr foot property?

Alright…initial you need plenty of funds….then you need to have lots of time and endurance…of and did I say you require plenty of money to get all these lighting…and heaps of money to pay out that electrical invoice that will arrive quickly right after Santa has flown away.

If you go after Christmas (on sale/discount) and buy quality outdoor lighting. Next fall, take your time putting them up using cup hooks with the rubber coating on them. Make sure you have no more than two strings together prior to outlet to avoid overloading. In meantime, can find fake trees at flea markets, etc.. without paying new price.
