Sony announced the BD-Live plan, saying Blu-ray movies will be easily copied to the portable devices, including PSP and mobile phones.
These Blu-ray movies can be copied to memory stick or PSP through the PS3 console.
"In this way, you can watch movies anywhere at anytime," said David Bishop, from Sony Pictures Home Entertainment.
However, Sony has not announced the timetable to achieve this goal.
It should be note that, if players really want to copy Blu-ray movies to PSP, then they need to have a PS3 first.Through the conversion and transmission of PS3, PSP can receive the information of video files.
It seems that Sony will make great progress in the plan of building the home entertainment center, no matter it makes the strongest game host computer, the cheapest Blu-ray players, PSP's remote support center or the bridge connecting PSP and PC.
